Dragons FC has played against K2P yesterday at 5.50pm sharp.
During kick-off, Dragons forward, Ah Lee, caused the kick-off to be retaken when he rolled the ball backwards straightaway. (During kick-off, the first person to touch the ball must make sure the ball crosses the halfway line, before the second person can pass back)
Dragons were the first to attack, and they took the lead halfway through the first half. Dragons were awarded a corner, and Chau Yii sensing Choon Kerjasama is unmarked, played a short pass to him on the edge of the penalty area. Choon Kerjasama took the ball, and curled a magnificient shot over the keeper and into the far post's net! 1-0 to Dragons!
There no further goals until after the break. This time, Cunaldo is the provider, as he raced onto a through ball, and used his superb ground-breaking skill (it's superbly named) to get the ball before falling down. He managed to still kick the ball towards Ah Lee, whom proceeded to round the keeper and tap into an empty net.
The match ended 2-0, with Dragons obtaining their first victory in this competition, a comprehensive one as well, considering the number of clear cut chances they had.
Dragons next match is against Team 32, on 12th March 2005, 5.50pm at the Main Field.
